CNC Advanced Machine Operator / Operator III — Experience Required Pittsburg, MO | Full Time | In Person $24-$32/hour, based on experience Gravity Manufacturing serves the energy industry and is expanding its capabilities toward future aerospace work. We're improving our manufacturing through advanced machining practices, robotics, and automation while building processes aligned with ISO standards and ITAR requirements. We're looking for an experienced Operator III who takes initiative, solves problems, and helps improve how we manufacture. What You'll Do Independently perform accurate, efficient, and repeatable CNC setups and changeovers. Build and maintain tooling assemblies, soft jaws, and fixtures; stage upcoming jobs to reduce downtime. Verify tooling, offsets, programs, and first-piece quality before releasing jobs to production. Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle times, tool life, quality, and consistency. Run production, support operators, and share technical knowledge. Follow safety procedures, standardized work, inspection requirements, and material traceability practices. Required Qualifications CNC machining and setup experience in a production environment. Strong understanding of tooling, workholding, offsets, cutting parameters, and program verification. Ability to read prints, use precision measuring equipment, and troubleshoot independently. Weekend shift:
