Job Description

Job Overview FASS Fabrication and Design is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team on the night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision parts while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This is a great opportunity for someone with machining experience who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce parts according to specifications Load and unload materials and finished parts Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed Inspect parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Maintain production and quality documentation Perform routine maintenance and keep machines clean Follow all safety procedures and company policies Communicate issues or concerns with supervisors or team members Qualifications 1+ year of CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Familiarity with basic measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and quality control Basic mechanical aptitude Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience with HAAS, Mazak, or similar CNC machines Knowledge of G-code and CNC programming basics Experience with aluminum, steel, or other common materials Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
