Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and components. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while adhering to strict quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Set up CNC machines such as CNC router, CNC laser, and CNC press brake according to technical specifications and production schedules. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production documents accurately to ensure correct machining operations. Conduct dimensional measurements using precision measuring instruments like protractors, calipers, and gauges to verify part accuracy in accordance with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Troubleshoot machine issues promptly to minimize downtime and perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment. Follow safety standards rigorously while working with machinery and handling materials to maintain a safe work environment. Requirements Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing specifications accurately. Experience with various measuring tools. Familiarity with safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocols at all times. Basic shop math skills combined with the ability to interpret technical drawings and production documentation effectively. Hands-on experience with forklift operation, materials handling, assembly line procedures, welding, or packaging is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly on the shop floor.
