Candidate must have:

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience reading engineering prints.
• Experience using shop gages such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, and bore gages to ensure precision in machining processes.
• 3 years or more of factory experience.

Training is conducted on dayshift, which runs from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Night shift runs from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Overtime is normal and expected. Operators at Lexington Technologies work with minimal supervision and verify the quality of the parts they produce. Successful candidates will demonstrate a stable work history, the capability of understanding and following directions, and a willingness to learn new skills.
