lathes, including loading programs and adjusting machine parameters for optimal performance Interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings to accurately produce parts according to specifications Program CNC machines using G-code, M-code, and CAM programming software to create precise machining sequences Conduct precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to ensure parts meet quality standards Perform routine machine maintenance, tool changes, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain production flow Read and analyze blueprints and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) to verify dimensions and tolerances Use manual machining tools such as grinders, hand tools, power tools, and tooling fixtures for secondary operations or adjustments when necessary Conduct quality inspections during manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to specifications and document results for quality control records Set up tooling and fixtures accurately on CNC lathe machines to ensure consistent part production Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety protocols at all times Experience Proven experience operating

HAAS CNC

lathes or similar CNC turning centers in a manufacturing setting Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages including G-code, M-code, Fanuc controls or equivalent systems Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software such as SolidWorks or CAD programs for interpreting technical drawings Ability to read mechanical blueprints and interpret geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T) specifications accurately Experience with CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) programming for CNC machining operations Skilled in using precision measurement instruments like micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines for quality control Mechanical aptitude with understanding of machining tools, tooling setup, machine calibration, and basic electrical discharge machining processes is a plus Basic math skills necessary for calculating measurements, tolerances, and machining parameters Knowledge of manual machining techniques including grinding and the use of hand tools for secondary operations is advantageous Familiarity with safety standards related to metal machining environments Join us as a
