Our client is an experienced metal fabrication and manufacturing company serving a wide range of industries. They provide custom OEM solutions, prototyping, engineering support, and production services with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and customer partnership. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision metal components. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings. Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and efficiency. Perform offsets, tool changes, and basic machine adjustments as needed. Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Maintain production records and ensure compliance with quality standards. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines. What You'll Bring Previous experience operating CNC mills and lathes preferred. 1-2 years experience needed. Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Confidence, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a challenging production setting.
