$21.00 per hour Client Profile Our client is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of advanced ventilation, motor, and drive technology. This position offers an opportunity to join a modern manufacturing environment focused on quality, precision, safety, and innovative production. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machinery according to production specifications and work orders. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, and production instructions. Load materials and properly position parts for machining. Monitor CNC equipment during operation to ensure parts are produced accurately and efficiently. Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product dimensions and quality. Inspect finished components for defects and ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances. Make basic machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production standards. Identify and report equipment, tooling, or quality issues to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Perform additional production duties as assigned by management. What You'll Bring Previous CNC machine operation experience required. Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to read and understand blueprints, measurements, and production specifications. Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Basic math and measurement skills. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a manufacturing position. Flexibility to work overtime when required.
