Job Description

Stuck running the same three parts in a shop with no room to move up? Read this one. Company Summary North East Precision CNC has been machining precision components in Dover, New Hampshire for 40 years. We are
ISO 9001
2015 certified, ITAR registered and FFL Type 07, and our
ISO 13485
certification is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027. We machine for medical device, defense and marine, and firearms customers. We run 19 Universal Robots on the floor and we are still adding. If you want to learn automation, robot programming, vision system kiosks and CMM, this is a place where you will actually get to do it — we train you on all of it. If you are somewhere the work never changes and there is no room to move up, you are the person we want to hear from.
The Work Operator:
3 years minimum CNC Millinjg experience required - run milling jobs from existing programs, load and unload, in-process inspection with calipers, mics, height gage and comparator, minor offsets after competency sign-off, report any nonconforming condition, keep the working area clean and safe.
Setup:
5 years minimum CNC Milling set up experience required, set up and prove out jobs from prints and routers, read GD&T, build and set fixturing, set tool lengths, offsets and work coordinates, run and document first-piece inspection, edit at the control within approved limits, train and support operators, work with QC on nonconformances.
Both levels:
run the robot cells, the vision system kiosks and the CMM. Full training provided if you have not used them before. No major adjustments or process changes without a Lead or Supervisor. Ask when you are unsure — nobody here gets in trouble for asking. Schedule, Pay & Benefits Monday-Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime available Fridays. Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
