CNC Machine Operator

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking CNC Machine Operator candidates in the Franklin, NH area.

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC equipment, including lathes and milling machines. Set up and operate CNC lathes and secondary machines to meet production targets. Monitor multiple CNC machines and auxiliary equipment. Perform machining tasks as directed by the Supervisor. Complete first-piece inspections and submit results to Quality Control. Maintain production records and assist operators with required paperwork. Train machine operators on equipment operation, inspection processes, and preventive maintenance. Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards.

Desired Background/Skills:

Prior experience setting up and operating CNC lathes. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to train and mentor operators. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles. Pay:

$25•38.00 per hour (based on experience)
