This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machining equipment to produce high-quality prototype and low-volume production parts. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a CNC manufacturing environment, reading blueprints, and ensuring parts meet precise specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities Operate

machines safely and efficiently. Load and unload materials and machined parts. Make machine offset adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and accuracy. Load programs into CNC machines and verify proper setup. Perform tool changes and set tooling as required. Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure conformance to specifications and tolerances. Monitor production runs and troubleshoot minor issues as they arise. Report equipment, quality, or production concerns to the Team Lead or Supervisor. Follow all company processes, procedures, and safety standards. Complete operator preventative maintenance (PM) tasks as assigned. Ensure jobs are completed accurately and on schedule to support customer delivery requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience working in a CNC manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to regularly lift, move, and handle materials within company guidelines.
