Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate EDM machines within the department. Inspect parts and document results of inspections on in process inspection plans. Continuously monitor equipment and tooling. In the event of a breakdown or other event that would disrupt the process, notify department manager to resolve the problem. Follow the instructions on the setup sheet, drawings and/or programs. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Adhere to company safety requirements. Assure that assigned activities are performed in accordance with Seabrook Quality System procedures.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED preferred Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment Experience operating CNC EDM machines, including FANUC Robocut Wire EDM, preferred
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong mechanical and trouble shooting ability. Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Physical Demands:
Light to moderate physical exertion required Lifting/carrying Maximum lbs.: 50 Regularly required to stand, reach, and move about the facility
