WATERJET / CNC PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Full-Time, Monday-Friday About Artistic Tile Artistic Tile, a leader in the luxury tile and stone industry, is seeking a Waterjet / CNC Production Operator to join our Production Department at our Secaucus, New Jersey facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience operating precision machinery who is interested in working with natural stone and other luxury surfacing materials. Responsibilities Operate waterjet, CNC, and other production equipment. Produce precision-cut stone and tile components according to project specifications. Read and follow production drawings, measurements, and work orders. Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality. Safely handle stone, tile, and production materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow established production and safety procedures. Perform additional production duties as needed. Qualifications Previous Waterjet or CNC experience preferred . Experience operating other types of precision machinery will be considered . Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to read measurements and follow production specifications. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a production team. Physical Requirements The physical requirements of this position include the ability to: Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds , with assistance or material-handling equipment used when appropriate. Operate production machinery and hand tools requiring manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Work in a production environment where there may be noise, dust, water, and varying temperatures. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all established safety procedures.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation:

$24.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
