Job Description Manufacture plain bearings in a production environment. Work within a unionized facility operating across three shifts. Adhere to all safety, quality, and production standards. PM Note:
Currently hiring for 3rd shift (11:30 PM•7:40 AM) Compensation Entry-level base pay starts at $29.96/hour Additional $1.64/hour shift differential for 3rd shift Overtime required based on business needs Required Qualifications & Experience Ability to set up and operate machines and equipment within the department Experience operating and/or setting up CNC lathes is strongly preferred Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established standards Maintain consistent part quality and collaborate effectively with team members to support production flow Follow 5S standards to maintain a clean and organized work environment Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform manual machine setup and breakdown High attention to detail Proficiency using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, verniers) Prior manufacturing experience required High school diploma or equivalent required All qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
