Full Job Description Overview:

Ōnin Staffing is hiring a CNC Machine Operator for a local manufacturing facility. This position will work with fabrication equipment including a brake press, laser cutter, and other CNC machinery . This is a great opportunity for someone with machine operating, metal fabrication, production, or manufacturing experience who is comfortable working in a hands-on environment. What You'll Do Operate CNC and fabrication equipment Run brake press and laser cutting machinery Load and position material for production Follow work orders, measurements, and basic production specifications Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality Make basic machine adjustments as needed Maintain an organized and safe work area Work with the production team to meet daily goals

Skills and Experience:

What We're Looking For Previous machine operator, CNC, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred Brake press or laser cutter experience is a plus Comfortable working with measurements and basic shop math Mechanically inclined and able to learn equipment Dependable with good attendance Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Comfortable standing, bending, and handling materials throughout the shift You may be a good fit if you have experience as a: CNC Operator, Machine Operator, Brake Press Operator, Laser Operator, Fabrication Operator, Metal Fabricator, Production Operator, or Manufacturing Associate.
