Position Summary We are seeking CNC Operators I to set up and operate CNC and conventional machines to produce quality parts according to production specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate CNC machines under supervisor direction. Load programs and perform simple edits as needed. Inspect and measure parts using handheld measuring tools. Blend surfaces and remove or apply excess material using hand tools or machinery. Set up and use machines, fixtures, and tooling. Modify parts according to specifications. Maintain 5S, quality, safety, and environmental standards. Follow company procedures, production specifications, and ethical standards. Use computerized tracking systems as required. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Passing grade on a job-related test. 2+ years of relevant experience preferred. Ability to read and write English. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Basic math skills. Experience using handheld measuring tools. Ability to work effectively independently and within a team. No specific licenses or certifications required.
