We're seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a CNC Machine Operator. This position requires someone who can work efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment. However, we don't expect you to know everything coming into the position. The ability and willingness to learn, develop new skills, and take on different responsibilities will be essential to your success. Responsibilities Learn and operate a variety of manufacturing equipment, including CNC mills and lathes, robotics, EDM plunge machines, WEDM, and deburring equipment. Set up machines and securely fixture parts prior to machining. Load and unload parts and operate equipment according to established processes and work instructions. Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain proper tool position and part dimensions. Use precision measuring equipment to inspect parts and verify dimensions throughout the manufacturing process. Monitor machining operations and identify issues that may affect part quality or production. Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting. Perform secondary finishing operations as needed, including media blasting, deburring, tumbling, and hand finishing. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Properly use all company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow applicable OSHA and company safety requirements. Follow company procedures for quality, safety, equipment operation, and workplace cleanliness. Remain on your feet for the duration of the shift and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Maintain reliable and predictable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. Personal cell phones are not permitted on the shop floor. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.
