CNC Operator

Operate a 3-axis CNC router to set up, cut, label, inspect, and track materials according to production schedule requirements. Job Responsibilities Operate a Thermwood 3-axis CNC router Set up materials for CNC routing operations Cut materials according to production schedules Label materials and cut lists accurately Machine aluminum, MDF, plywood, plastics, and other materials Read and interpret blueprints Use measuring devices to verify parts and materials Perform quality checks on finished products Monitor machine interfaces, vacuum pumps, and dust collection systems Track production progress and cut list completion Organize, label, and monitor inventory levels Troubleshoot CNC routing processes Follow OSHA, EPA, local regulatory requirements, and safety policies Work overtime, extended shifts, or occasional weekends as needed Job Requirements 3+ years of CNC operator experience CNC router operation experience Experience operating 3-axis CNC equipment Ability to machine aluminum, MDF, plywood, and plastics Ability to read and interpret blueprints Ability to use measuring devices Experience performing product quality checks Experience with CNC machine interfaces Experience with vacuum pumps and dust collection systems Experience monitoring, tracking, and labeling cut lists Ability to organize and monitor inventory levels Ability to troubleshoot CNC processes Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed English language proficiency Preferred Skills Thermwood CNC router experience Spanish language proficiency CNC material setup experience CNC cut list tracking experience Inventory labeling experience Manufacturing safety compliance experience

Pay:
