Schivo Medical is seeking to hire an experienced Milling operator, as an employee you will tackle a wide array of problems, including some of the world's greatest medical challenges. CNC Machine Milling Operator Position Overview:

A CNC Milling Operator sets up, runs, and monitors numerical control milling machines to cut and shape precision metal or plastic parts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Verify components are produced to print (dimensional and visual inspection) Change tools. Make offsets. Load material and remove scrap. Fill out various paperwork. Simultaneous operation of multiple machines Minor troubleshooting Inspect finished machines parts. Necessary Education, Skills, and Competencies (including licensing and certifications): Proven experience with lathe/mill turning machines. 2-4 years' experience with Swiss Screw Machines is preferred not necessary. (Tornos, Star, Citizen) Experience with CNC Milling machines. Experience using the Fanuc control preferred. Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints (GD&T symbols). Working knowledge of various materials & tools (inserts, endmills, drills) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Effective communication skills and positive can-do attitude Must be dependable and possess a willingness to learn new techniques.

Physical requirements:

Ability to stand for several hours. Ability to lift 50lbs.
