Job Description
One of the world's leading aerospace manufacturers, with a long established facility in Ronkonkma where they are building precision components for commercial and defense aircraft, is seeking a CNC Milling Operator to join their growing team! This company invests in its people, offering a

(something you rarely see anymore!) along with fully paid tuition assistance and real opportunities to grow your career. In this role, you'll set up and run 4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines, working from blueprints and using Fanuc controls to machine aerospace parts to tight tolerances.They offer:
$25-$34/hr based on experience. Multiple schedule options (7AM-330PM, 330PM-12PM, 530PM-2AM), all M-F with OT opportunities on the weekend. An attractive benefits package plus a company pension planFULLY PAID

Handle full setups and run a range of CNC mills, including Cincinnati Milacron, twin pallet Okuma, Makino, and Mitsui Seiki equipment Keep two machines running side by side whenever cycle times make it possible Make program edits and adjustments on Siemens 840D and Fanuc controls Work from blueprints, engineering specs, and CNC program instructions to get every part right Check finished parts against the print using precision instruments and gauges Log labor time and enter basic data at the machine Own the quality of everything you produce while following all safety standards Partner with your team and supervisors to keep production on scheduleCNC Milling Operator Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience setting up and running CNC milling equipment Comfortable working from blueprints, engineering drawings, and specs Skilled with precision measuring instruments and gauges A sharp eye for detail and pride in turning out quality parts Physically able to handle tooling and stay on your feet for a full shift If you're interested in learning more about this role and having a confidential conversation, please apply with your resume for immediate consideration.
