Overview:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a CNC Mill Machine Operator to support a local manufacturing company. This role involves operating CNC milling equipment to produce precision components according to specifications. Candidates should be detail-oriented and comfortable working with machining instructions and measurement tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC milling machines and load materials, tools, and fixtures Run CNC programs and monitor machining cycles Adjust tool offsets, feeds, and speeds as needed Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers Verify dimensional accuracy and perform in-process quality checks Change tools and perform basic machine maintenance Follow all safety procedures and report any machine issues

Qualifications:

Understanding of CNC machining principles Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T Familiarity with G-code, feeds, speeds, and machining operations Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills Prior CNC machining experience preferred

Preferred:

NIMS Machining Level I certification CNC operator certifications
