• 12:00 AM We're looking for a CNC Set-Up Operator for B shift who takes pride in dialing in jobs, troubleshooting issues, and keeping production moving.

This role is focused on machine setup, changeovers, and running parts to quality standards. You'll play a key role in making sure jobs are set up correctly and running efficiently from the start. You'll be working on components used in high-performance archery and bowhunting equipment trusted by hunters across the country.

What You'll Do:

Set up CNC machines for production runs Perform changeovers, tooling adjustments, and offsets Run parts to meet production schedules and quality standards Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and process issues Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure accuracy Make minor program edits as needed Support team leads with output and process improvements Maintain a clean, organized work area (6S)

What We're Looking For:

2-5 years of CNC setup experience preferred Hands-on experience setting up CNC machines (mills preferred) Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Basic understanding of G-code and offsets Experience with Haas and/or Fanuc-controlled machines (preferred)

Work Environment:

Full-time, hourly position with overtime as needed Standing and walking for most of the shift Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally Machine shop environment (noise, moving equipment, varying temperatures)
