The day shift CNC Lathe Operator is responsible for efficiently running production machines, maintaining good quality product, and reporting issues to their supervisor.

Schedule:

10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Day Shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: Berea, OH 44017: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

CNC Machining:

2 years (Required) CNC Lathe Operator - DUTIES

AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Runs production CNC lathe machines Maintains good quality product Reports issues to the CNC Department Lead Leaves machine in good working condition; new tooling, good coolant level, etc. Makes tool offsets and changes to tooling when needed Inspects products properly Keeps the machine area clean, including floor, machine, and workstation Performs all other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

2 years experience using production machines Able to make good decisions on which materials to use, how to solve the problem and if outside help is needed Able to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multi-tasks Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company documents.

EDUCATION
