Our Client is a global manufacturing organization recognized for delivering mission-critical sealing solutions to some of the world's most demanding industries, including oil & gas, wind energy, and industrial markets. We are seeking a CNC Specialist to join an amazing manufacturing team and play an important role in producing high-quality, precision-engineered sealing components. This position is ideal for a hands-on CNC professional who takes pride in accuracy, craftsmanship, safety, and consistently meeting production and quality standards. What You'll Do
  • Work various machines, and back-fill machines, as deemed necessary to meet business demands in both production and custom operations.
  • Program, set up, and operate a CNC lathe, milling machine, drill press, saws, engine lathe and other tool room equipment to produce products according to print specifications by selecting the appropriate tools, materials and machining processes.
  • Troubleshoot programs including speeds, feeds and tooling.
  • Verify and document in process work orders.
  • Ensure quality products by using the necessary measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, pi tape, gauges, fixtures, and optical comparator.
  • Meet production deadlines by following manufacturing schedule and procedures.
  • Routine preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Assist with CNC training of new employees, continued training of machinists, and cross training.
  • Assist with training others on new tools or fixtures.
  • Assist Supervisor, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 10 yrs. relevant industry experience CNC machining/editing/ programming, along with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or related software) Proficiency in Math and attention to detail High competence and professional exposure to the following: CNC lathes, Haas, Emco & VTL machines Strong knowledge of the following subject areas:
CNC Safety, Shop Math, Blueprint Reading, Quality Control, CNC Programming, CNC Tooling, CNC Machine Setup, Programming and Operation Physical Requirements:
Sit [10%], Stand [90%], Lift [over 50 lbs.], Walk, Bend, Stoop, Reach, Push & Pull, as well as Finger/Hand dexterity. Why Join our Client's Team? $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
