Competitive pay based on experience Position Overview We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team in the Blue Ash area . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC machines, strong attention to detail, and the ability to accurately inspect parts using precision measuring equipment. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently Set up and operate CNC equipment as needed Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Perform accurate measurements throughout the machining process Maintain a clean and safe work environment Identify and report quality issues Required Skills & Experience Previous CNC machine operating experience Experience using precision measuring tools, including: Calipers Micrometers Depth micrometers Bore micrometers Ability to read and understand blueprints Strong attention to detail Ability to work accurately with tight tolerances Good understanding of CNC machining processes Preferred CNC Machine Experience Experience operating Mazak and/or Doosan CNC machines is strongly preferred.
