In this role, you will operate and monitor CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other automated equipment, to produce high-quality components. Your mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, motivation, and commitment to safety will ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced factory environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills. Responsibilities Load and unload forged parts into CNC lathes, mills, or machining centers. Start pre-programmed CNC cycles and monitor machine operation. Perform simple offset adjustments when trained Inspect machined parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Deburr, clean, or stage finished parts for the next process Communicate with CNC lead or setup technicians about tool wear, quality issues, or machine concerns. Qualifications Mechanical aptitude; manufacturing or machining experience preferred Ability to read basic instructions and follow standard procedures Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic understanding of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) Strong focus on safety, quality, and reliability Able to work in other areas as needed
