In this role, you will leverage your expertise in CNC programming and machine setup to transform complex CAD designs into high-quality finished components, ensuring our production output meets rigorous engineering standards. Responsibilities Program, configure, and operate multi-axis horizontal and vertical machining centers to produce parts according to precise technical specifications. Interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure all machining processes align with design requirements. Perform routine diagnostics and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows and maintain high standards of operational efficiency. Utilize advanced inspection tools and gauges to verify part accuracy and maintain strict quality control throughout the manufacturing cycle. Execute complex setups for both CNC milling and turning operations, including tool changes and machine calibration. Qualifications Required Skills Proficiency in G-Code and M-Code programming for multi-axis CNC equipment. Demonstrated experience with CNC machine setup, changeover, and tooling management. Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and CAD files. Experience with equipment troubleshooting and basic mechanical repair. Preferred Skills Experience with CAM software such as Mastercam, Mazatrol, or Autodesk Fusion 360. Hands-on experience with 4-axis and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes. Prior experience in manual machining or prototyping environments. 3+ years of professional experience in a precision machining role.
