Job Description

Nissin Precision North America is a metal stamping and welded assembly facility located in Englewood, Ohio. We are looking for an experienced individual who can operate and conversationally program Hurco CNC Mills. We are willing to train the right individual. This is NOT a production Job. We machine new details and do repairs for our production dies. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and wants to be part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Successful set-up and operation of Hurco CNC machine including loading and securely fixturing the work pieces onto the work table, working from blueprints, specifications, job layouts, and written and/or verbal instructions. Know how to use and select the tooling required for each job. Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise using measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gauge, depth gauge, bore gauges, etc. to inspect machined parts, in order to ensure adherence to specified tolerances. Inspects first piece and spot check other pieces for conformance to specifications. Maintains specifications by observing operations; detecting malfunctions; inspecting parts; adjusting controls. Understand and make adjustments to machines to hold geometric dimensions and tolerances. Properly deburring, cleaning, and inspecting the machined detail and delivering it to the appropriate Toolmaker. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements following manufacturer's instructions.
