Job Description
Essential Functions 1. Able to use blueprints, sketches, manuals, work orders and written specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished pieces and sequence of operations requirements. 2. Load bars in machine for continual production operations. 3. Unload completed parts from machine and place / stack in pans for further processing / wash. 4. Verify dimensions of part to prints and alignment using micrometers, gauges and tools. 5. Make sure all oil and coolant levels in machines are maintained to proper levels. 6. Inspect machines for maintenance or wear issues and report to Supervisor for correction. 7. Install/change out replacement parts, drills and tools as needed. 8. Remove chips from machines periodically and at end of shift. 9. Fill out production and maintenance logs daily.
