Hours:

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role is a 90-day contract-to-permanent opportunity. We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to produce high-precision hubs for industrial fan systems. This position offers a path to permanent employment with a comprehensive benefits package once hired on. Core Duties Configure and run CNC equipment utilizing Haas control systems. Produce hubs and various parts for industrial fan assemblies. Manage the loading of raw materials and the unloading of finished components. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documentation. Utilize precision tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy. Verify that finished items meet all specified dimensions and tolerances. Execute tool swaps and routine equipment modifications. Oversee machine performance to ensure consistent production quality. Maintain a tidy, orderly, and secure workspace for the team. Adhere to all organizational quality standards and safety protocols. Candidate Qualifications Prior background in CNC machining is necessary. Strong preference for candidates with Haas control expertise. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and understanding tolerance requirements. Experience operating precision measurement instruments like micrometers and calipers. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
