PM Position:

Full-Time | 90-Day Temp-to-Hire Multi-Wing America is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to manufacture precision hubs used in industrial fan assemblies. This is a 90-day temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent benefits available upon permanent hire. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines with Haas controls Machine hubs and components used in industrial fans Load raw materials and remove completed parts Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment Inspect finished parts for proper dimensions and tolerances Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments Monitor machines and maintain production quality Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety and quality procedures Requirements Previous CNC machining experience required Experience with Haas controls strongly preferred Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances Experience using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools Strong mechanical aptitude Dependable with good attendance Reliable transportation Ability to work 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday through Friday Pay & Benefits $20.00
