CNC Mill Setup / Operator Meridian Machining, Inc. is looking for an experienced CNC Mill Setup / Operator to join our team. We are looking for someone who is proficient in machine setup, including part/workholding setup, tooling, making minor program adjustments, and inspecting finished parts . Our CNC programs are created by a dedicated CAM programmer , so advanced CNC programming experience is not required for this position. Experience with Hurco CNC mills is a plus. The focus is on being able to take a programmed job, properly set up the machine and tooling, prove out the job, make necessary adjustments, and consistently produce parts to print. Most of our work consists of low-volume, tight-tolerance precision parts , with occasional small production runs. What We're Looking For Ideal candidates should have experience with: CNC mill setup and operation , including workholding, fixtures, tooling, and part setup Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and producing parts to print Tight-tolerance machining and part inspection using standard measuring and inspection equipment Making minor program and machining adjustments as needed Troubleshooting setup and machining issues and working independently through the setup and production process Health Coverage Meridian does not offer a traditional company-sponsored health insurance plan.
