Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Operator and become a vital part of producing high-quality precision components. In this role, you'll operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to craft parts that meet strict specifications and quality standards. Your expertise will directed to providing a paid, engaging environment where your skills drive impactful results and continuous growth. Responsibilities Set up CNC machines by installing tools, fixtures, and programming parameters based on job specifications. Operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently to produce parts according to detailed blueprints and technical drawings. Monitor machine operations throughout production runs, ensuring optimal performance and quality output. Conduct routine inspections of finished parts for accuracy, dimensions, and surface finish using precision measurement tools. Perform regular maintenance checks on CNC machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, and troubleshooting minor issues. Document production data, machine settings, and inspection results accurately for quality control records.
