Tsubaki Kabelschlepp America, Inc., a leader in high-quality cable carriers and machine protection systems, seeks a CNC Cutter / Hot Bend Operator in our manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC cutting and hot bending equipment to produce precision components that support our conveyor and cable management product lines. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, monitoring machine performance, inspecting parts, and performing basic maintenance. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC cutting and hot bend machinery to produce parts to specification Interpret technical drawings, work orders, and production schedules to plan daily tasks Monitor machine performance, making adjustments to feeds, speeds, and tooling as needed Inspect finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools to ensure quality standards Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on CNC and hot bending equipment Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes Document production data, quality checks, and downtime in shop records or ERP systems Required Skills CNC machine operation Hot bending equipment operation Blueprint and technical drawing reading Precision measurement and inspection Basic machine maintenance Shop math Material handling and setup Quality control and documentation Mechanical aptitude Safety and OSHA compliance
