CNC MILL OPERATOR/SET UP - SPRINGBORO, OH

We are currently hiring experienced CNC Mill Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Springboro, OH. This is a full-time opportunity working with advanced CNC equipment in an aerospace and defense manufacturing environment.

Pay:

$24-$35/hour depending on experience

Shifts:

2nd, and 3rd shift available

Shift Differential:

$2/hour for 2nd and 3rd shift

Overtime:

Time-and-a-half after 40 hours and double time on Sundays Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components. Work with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC equipment. Set tooling, work offsets, fixtures, and machine parameters. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T requirements. Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment. Make machine offsets and program adjustments as needed. Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to maintain quality and production. Follow established setup sheets, work instructions, and quality procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Support production goals while maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards. Experience 3-5+ years of hands-on CNC milling experience preferred. Strong experience with 3-axis and 4-axis CNC mills. 5-axis experience is a plus. Experience with DMG Mori, Okuma, and/or Mori Seiki machines preferred. Experience with Fanuc and/or Siemens controls. Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge. Experience with CNC setups, tooling, offsets, and workholding. Ability to machine tight-tolerance precision components. Aerospace, defense, or other high-precision manufacturing experience is a plus. Senior CNC machinists with 15+ years of experience, 5-axis machining, offline/online programming, Mastercam, or Fusion 360 experience are also encouraged to apply.
