As a CNC Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts efficiently. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure all output meets quality standards and safety protocols. What You'll Do As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling or lathe machines to produce precision parts. Performing essential tool changes and offset adjustments confidently to ensure precise machining. Managing quality and production standards while strictly adhering to all safety protocols. Utilizing CNC Haas milling machinery to manufacture components that meet exact customer specifications. Conducting first-piece and in-process inspections of parts to verify compliance with print and process specifications. Communicating effectively with the production team to meet daily output goals. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have Previous experience as a CNC Operator or CNC Machinist. Hands-on experience with CNC milling or lathe machining; direct experience with Haas machines is a plus. Demonstrated ability to perform tool changes and offsets independently. Strong attention to detail with experience in quality inspections and measurement tools. A reliable, safety-conscious mindset and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
