CNC Saw Operator

J & S Packaging is hiring a CNC Saw operator. We are looking for individuals with CNC operator experience who like to work their hands/machinery to create products. Hours- Monday - Friday 6am-2pm Non mandatory overtime Option to schedule makeup hours as needed Compensation includes: Starting rate of $17.00 AND UP (depending on experience and skillset) Monthly bonuses up to $1,100( equivalent hourly rate of over $6.00/ hour) Pay increase after successful completion of training period( typically 90 days) Merit/performance increases

We are a small, family owned business with approx 40 employees located in Streetsboro since 1982. Our unique custom packaging solutions are made from: foam, cardboard and plastics with a customer base that includes some of the largest names in the Greater Cleveland and Akron areas.

If you have experience:

Using CNC Technology Driving a standard lift truck Doing basic math and measuring accurately ( with 1/16") Following thru with instructions Working in a safe manner Coming to work every day Standing ,walking, bending, stretching , pushing , pulling and lifting 35 pounds •Experience with Baumer, Ttarp, Smart Foam or Esco Saws is a plus•And if you like: Working mostly without supervision Working with CNC equipment Making things Keeping things organized Supporting your coworkers A safe and friendly work environment ( no nasty chemicals or excessively hot areas) Submit your resume including your work history / skills with CNC machinery and reach out to Eva Holler, HR Generalist .
