We are seeking dependable and skilled CNC Lathe and Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) Operators to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, take pride in their work, and are looking to grow with a company that values hard work and reliability. As a CNC Operator, you will play a key role in our production process, ensuring that parts are manufactured to precise specifications in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes and VTL machines according to blueprint specifications. Select appropriate fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials for each job. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC lathes and/or VTL machines. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Reliable transportation to Tipp City, OH 45371, or willingness to relocate before starting work. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
