Requirements:

Your Responsibilities As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play an essential role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

Responsibilities include:

Operate machinery safely and efficiently while meeting production and quality standards Follow all Health & Safety regulations— Safety First is our priority Load parts precisely according to Work Instructions and Training Guidelines Read, understand, and follow Job Books and In-Process Inspection Sheets Perform product testing and verification to support optimal machine performance Develop skills to run increasingly complex parts using advanced measuring tools such as bore gages, inside micrometers, and depth gages Maintain excellent housekeeping of machines, tools, inspection equipment, and work areas each shift Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent, conforming results Troubleshoot issues during operation to maintain quality and efficiency Communicate clearly with leadership regarding machining, manufacturing, or safety concerns Perform pre

• and post-machining inspections to ensure product conformance Independently complete assembly and manufacturing tasks using product-specific job instructions Take ownership of smooth, reliable machine operation Safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds as required
