• CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift
• We're partnering with a well-established manufacturer in the Youngstown area that is looking to add skilled CNC Machinists to its growing team.

This is an opportunity to join a stable operation with very low turnover, modern machining equipment, overtime opportunities, and long-term career potential. The company manufactures precision-machined components used in critical industries, including power generation and mining. They are looking for machinists who understand the machining process and can contribute to quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

• What You'll Do
• + Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machining equipment + Work from blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to produce precision-machined components + Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and program adjustments as needed + Edit and verify existing CNC programs + Select proper tooling, speeds, and feeds for machining operations + Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment to ensure conformance to specifications + Troubleshoot machining and quality issues + Complete production and quality documentation + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area + Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements •What We're Looking For•+ 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred + Ability to perform machine setups independently + Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings + Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling, tolerances, speeds, and feeds + Experience using precision measuring tools, including: + Micrometers + Calipers + Bore Gauges + Depth Micrometers + Tape Measures + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability + Vocational machining training, apprenticeship, or technical education is a plus + Experience with Mazak equipment or Mazatrol controls is beneficial but not required •
