Job Description:

Interpret and apply customer specifications to machined parts. Enter specifications and program data into CNC machines. Set up tooling and prepare machines for production. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy. Follow safety protocols and company procedures. Maintain 5S standards within the work area. Collaborate with leads and operations management to improve efficiency.

Ability to operate complex machinery and tools. Strong math skills. Basic computer skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated critical thinking skills. Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs.
