Full Job Description CNC & Lathe Operator Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines Make offsets and machine adjustments Read blueprints, measurements, and work orders Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality Assist with CNC programming and program changes as needed

Requirements:

Previous CNC machining experience CNC setup experience preferred Programming experience is a strong plus Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Hours:

Full-Time - Overtime may be available

Pay:

$18+/hr Weekly Pay | Long-Term Temp-to-Hire Excellent benefits, PTO, 401(k), pay raises, and advancement opportunities available after permanent hire.
