Job Duties

Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to manufacture precision components.

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications.

Load raw materials and monitor machining operations to ensure parts meet quality standards.

Measure finished parts using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.

Perform routine tool changes, offsets, and minor machine adjustments to maintain production efficiency.

Inspect parts throughout the production process and document inspection results.

Identify and report machine malfunctions, quality concerns, or production issues to supervisors.

Maintain production records and complete required documentation accurately.

Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.

Follow all company safety policies, quality procedures, and manufacturing standards.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and continuous improvement goals.

Requirements

2+ years of lathe experiece
