Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Citizenship Must be a U.S.Citizen Education and Certifications:
High school diploma or GED required Required Experience 5-10+ years of experience operating CNC press brake or similar forming equipment Proven ability to run complex parts independently Strong understanding of bend deduction, bend allowance, and material behavior Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings Skills & Competencies Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with the ability to maintain tight tolerances Experience with hand, air, and power tools Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to quality standards Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and reaching Work performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and varying conditions Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet production deadlinesAbout Copper River & The Native Village of Eyak:
