As a CNC Operator I, you will manufacture quartz components utilizing CNC machines, hand tools and other equipment. You will produce and inspect machining operations and finished products against specified tolerances using precision measuring tools. What you'll do at Tosoh Quartz. Assist in the set-up of CNC machines. Operate CNC machines. Read blueprints and production travelers. Identify technical problems and work with senior level operator or supervisor to identify a solution. Assist with minor adjustments to manufacturing equipment. Maintain equipment through daily/weekly maintenance.

Prepare product for manufacturing process:

Visual inspection of product Ensure proper fixturing of material to fixtures Clean products Complete work traveler transactions Product movement and handling Daily housekeeping, organizing, and cleaning of work area. Who you are.

Minimum requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience operating CNC machines, or a CNC certificate. Able to accurately follow work instructions. Able to identify task requirements, monitor progress and meet project completion deadlines. Excellent visual acuity; able to see small details and finish variations and defects. Ability to learn and retain new skills: Product handling, cleaning, inspection, and packaging. Wax, dewax, and product staging procedures.
