Job Summary We are seeking a versatile, hands-on CNC operator to run CNC equipment, work directly with various CNC controls, and contribute to long-term scalability and training. The ideal candidate is experienced, meticulous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting. This role requires versatility and the ability to work independently on a variety of custom and production runs. Key Responsibilities Operate manual and CNC machines including mills, tool cutter grinder, lathes, laser. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders. Measure and inspect finished products using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, optical comparators). Run and support various shop equipment Collaborate on process improvements that increase accuracy and efficiency. Support internal training efforts by creating clear documentation and repeatable workflows. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot minor issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols. Qualifications Strong knowledge of CNC machining practices, cutting tools, and material properties. Proficient with precision measurement tools and basic math. Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills and mechanical aptitude. Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a small team environment. Ability to clearly document and manage time. High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred. Minimum 3+ years of experience operating CNC and manual machining equipment required. Formal education is not required. We value demonstrated skill, hands-on trade experience, reliability, and technical competence. Nice to Have Welding, fabrication, or assembly skills General material handling experience. Experience training or assisting less-experienced machine operators.
What We Offer Job Type:
Full Time Pay:
DOE $25.00 per hour. Monday-Friday 8-4:30. Occasional overtime available.
