00 per hour (DOE) Metal Manufacturing We're recruiting for a CNC Machine Operator to join a leading metal manufacturing company in Allentown, PA. This is a great opportunity to join a stable manufacturer offering competitive pay, excellent benefits and ongoing training in a modern production environment. What You'll Do Load and unload CNC machines Operate production equipment to achieve quality and production targets Monitor machine performance and report faults Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers and other measuring equipment Complete deburring, cleaning and packaging of finished components Follow production schedules and work orders Record production data accurately Carry out basic preventative maintenance Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Basic CNC machining knowledge is an advantage Experience using measuring equipment including calipers and micrometers Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Benefits 401(k) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Paid Time Off Ongoing Training & Development Apply Click Apply or contact: Sam Wild 215-999-6430
