Job Description

Machine Operator F3 Metalworx is a growing sheet metal fabrication company looking to add skilled CNC Machine Operators to our Erie, PA team (2731 West 11th St. Erie, PA 16505). The ideal CNC Machine Operator has hands-on experience running CNC punch, press brake, or laser equipment and takes pride in producing precise, high-quality parts. 1st and 2nd shift availability. REQUIREMENTS
: 2+ years of experience operating CNC lasers, punch presses, and/or press brakes in a sheet metal environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) CNC programming experience (Trumpf, Amada, Accupress, Cincinnati, Bystronic, or similar) preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Willingness to train and mentor junior operators as needed
RESPONSIBILITIES
: Set up and operate CNC machines to shape sheet metal parts per engineering specs Perform in-process quality checks to maintain tight tolerances Troubleshoot equipment issues and support a safe, organized shop floor as a CNC Machine Operator Maintain accurate parts and motivation for routine repetitive jobs Communicate production-related items to next shift operators or supervisors
