A growing industrial manufacturer in the Perkasie area is hiring a CNC Setup Operator due to company expansion, and with that growth comes real opportunity to advance within the plant. What You Will Be Doing Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes and turning centers Machine pump and industrial equipment components to tight tolerances Perform complex setups and all necessary hand operations Conduct preventative maintenance on assigned equipment Use micrometers, calipers, and precision instruments to verify part quality Maintain production records and uphold safety and quality standards Guide and support other machinists on the floor when needed What We Are Looking For 3 to 5 years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with both CNC and manual lathes and turning centers Ability to work independently with limited supervision Strong command of precision measurement tools Consistent work history with no frequent job changes High school diploma or GED required Benefits Full medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) — up to $2,500 for family coverage Short-term disability — 100% employer paid Long-term disability — 100% employer paid 401(k) with company match Life insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition reimbursement Company-provided credit toward steel-toe boots and safety glasses 2 weeks PTO to start, growing to 3 and then 4 weeks with tenure 2 personal days plus company holidays observed #
