Entry Level CNC Operator Location:

Jeannette, PA We are looking for an Entry-Level CNC Operator to assist with operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts according to specifications, blueprints, and production requirements. This position is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude who is willing to learn CNC machining, inspection procedures, and manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently under supervision. Load and unload raw materials and finished parts. Follow work instructions, blueprints, setup sheets, and production schedules. Perform basic machine setup and tool changes as trained. Monitor machine operation and identify defects, unusual sounds, or equipment issues. Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to inspect parts. Perform basic deburring, cleaning, and finishing of machined components. Maintain accurate production and inspection records. Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements. Follow all company safety policies and proper PPE procedures. Report quality issues, machine problems, or material shortages to the supervisor. Assist experienced machinists and operators with setups and other production tasks. Meet established quality, productivity, and attendance standards. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing, mechanical, or machine-operating experience is helpful but not required. Ability to read and understand basic measurements and technical instructions. Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn CNC operation, machine setup, and inspection techniques. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
