CNC Machine Operators - 2nd Shift | All Experience Levels Lancaster, PA | $21-$26/hr DOE | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Allegiance Staffing is hiring CNC Machine Operators for a growing precision manufacturer in Lancaster, PA. Due to continued growth, our client is building a brand-new 2nd shift and hiring CNC Operators across multiple skill levels. Whether you have 6 months of machine operation experience or several years of CNC expertise, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Operate CNC machining equipment to produce precision components Perform or assist with machine setups, changeovers, and tool adjustments Read drawings, blueprints, and work instructions Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools Monitor production to meet quality and efficiency standards Assist with troubleshooting and process improvements Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
